We want you to love your KIANA experience. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
You must request a return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Perishable, hygiene, or custom-made items are non-refundable.
Please email us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, return the item(s) to the provided address.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after item inspection.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund.
