1. Perishable Items

·         Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on perishable or opened items. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged or incorrect.


2. Refunds

·         Refunds are processed for damaged, incorrect, or missing items (photo proof required). Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.


3. Exchanges

·         We do not offer direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order if eligible.
